No — RUO Peptides does not offer guidance, protocols, or advice on product usage or application.

Orders placed before 12 pm are shipped the same business day. Standard delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, though this may take longer due to courier delays or if you're located in a remote or rural area.

We're only able to reship an order once it's been returned to us. If you've entered an incorrect address, we suggest reaching out to your local post office to ask about redirecting the package or arranging mail forwarding.

We ship only within Canada. All orders are sent domestically through Canada Post in discreet packaging to ensure safe, reliable delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us with your order number, a clear photo showing the damage, and a short description of the issue. We'll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.

Yes. Our peptides are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form and need to be reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water before use. This is sold separately and is not included with your order. Please avoid using off-brand bacteriostatic water — we recommend Pfizer Hospira or Lambda.

Yes, every order includes tracking so you can monitor its progress right up until delivery.

All of our peptides are tested for purity, and we stand behind their quality. Because of the nature of these products, we don't accept returns. That said, if you can provide a verifiable Certificate of Analysis (COA) showing our product tested below 99% purity, we'll issue a full refund for that item and reimburse your testing costs.
